For fall we have a program for leaf clean up and removal. Since we started doing along time ago this we have bought some specialized equipment and come up with a solid work process that gets the job done with precision and efficiency.

Our process in helping you select an optimized landscape maintenance package and ongoing communication.

First, this is all about you not about us.

  1. We start with a detailed questionnaire. You can say we may be too detailed but it pays off in a great experience for our clients.
  2. Then comes an easy to read quote with an easy to read service level agreement (SLA). Not a contract but a quote. What you may ask, no contract? Correct, no contact. If we do our job right, we don’t need a contract one and you surely don’t want a contract.
  3. Once our quote and SLA are approved we start services.
  4. At the end of each service call, you have a written service log left at your home detailing services completed and any notes made by a Landscapia service technician.

Residential Client¬†(below) of ours with a very unique terraced yard. We counted 132 steps from the bottom to the road…….you want to talk about the stair climber at the gym. Try carrying sixty-pound containers of green waste up along with thirty plants and twenty bags of soil down. This is a beautiful location on the water.

Vacation + Weeds (below):¬†This is what happens when you don’t have a gardener take care of your place when you go on vacation! This may be the craziest number of weeds within a new landscape installation I have ever seen before. The property manager asked us to go in and please take care of the house before the owner got back from vacation. Good thing as it was nasty.
