Lanscapia offers businesses, strata, and homeowners preselected service items bundled into a service plan covering a set amount of time.

• Full Coverage: Ten months (March 1st to December 31) standard maintenance contract. Service calls are scheduled either weekly or twice a month.
• Spring has Sprung: Services include turf grass preparation, garden bed clean up, as well as hedging and pruning as required.
• Vacation/Other: You’re a residential home owner and plan to be gone on vacation or other plans. We set up a vacation/other services plan based on your needs.
• Fall Clean Up: The leaves have fallen, and garden beds have some weeds. Shrubs have not been pruned or hedged. There is still time.
