Favorite Hand Tools

Left photo: I really like the Corona 3180 Bypass Hand Pruners and the pair in the photo are probably my...6-7th pair? I don't tend to loose hand pruners and I don't buy new ones unless the blades have become worn out. They are designed and manufactured well. Super simple design and I don't have any issues with them. In general I like the Corona brand of landscape/gardening hand tools. Right photo: I bought this putty/drywall knife from Home Depot when I was looking for a tool to cut out weeds coming up between pavers at an upscale old age facility I was taking care of. The tool worked well. Then I started to use it to remove weeds in garden beds and loved the options it gave me. Sometimes we can find the right tool and it was not initially designed to do that job! The lesson; work with what works for you.
